No. A space is reserved only after payment received by SVCC. First come first served.

Yes. You must commit & pay for both Sat & Sun. ***This applies mainly to Independent Marketing Reps. *** FYI: LegalShield (sat/sun), Kettle Corn (Sat) already reserved. 

Set-up time will start at 5:30am. We are asking everyone to be set-up by 6:45am. Open to public at 7:00am. Breakdown time starts at 12:45pm.

No. Also a 10 x 10 canopy is strongly suggested.

We chose the 7am to 1pm time frame to avoid the hottest part of the afternoon. 

No. We will make every attempt to continue with event. If event can't happen on designated date for any reason event organizers reserve the right to offer vendor space at future event in lieu of refund.

Although we encourage all vendors to secure an insurance policy/business license only food trucks/trailers and consumable product vendors (homemade pastries, cookies, candy etc) required to have insurance/business license at this time. ***Proof of Insurance must be provided***. The Spring Valley Chamber of Commerce will have an event insurance policy that covers the chamber only.

No vape or tobacco products, marijuana, guns, alcohol, political merchandise, vulgar or obscene merchandise etc. Event organizers reserve the right to restrict or ban items at any time.
